Go to page 7 of the team manual to see how to enter players to your roster.
You'll click on the button that says Team Page or View Tasks:
Then click the Q for Quick roster (as it is the fastest way to enter your team roster):
Then add your athletes' information:
Click the blue SAVE button to save your changes.
