Madison 56ers Spring Invite

If you have already created an account, please login first by clicking "LOGIN" above. When you are logged in, all of your information will be populated for you so you don't have to enter it again.

If your club is registering multiple teams (5+) and would like to be invoiced for the tournament please email tournamentdirector@madison56ers.org before registering.

All registrations include the registration fee and the Woodside team parking fee ($140), there is no on-site parking or gate/entry fee.
