Tournament Facts

Tournament Eligibility
The Adidas Savannah Cup is open to all registered travel and recreation level teams that are in good standing with their USYSA and US Club Soccer affiliated association. Age groups for this year's tournament are:

Competitive - U/9, U/10, U/11, U/12, U/13 and U/14 (Both Boys and Girls)

Teams

All teams and players must be US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer affiliated for the ‘24-25' seasonal year. An official roster and ‘24-25' player cards are required to participate. Notification of travel is required for all teams from out-of-state.

The computerized team application system will assign your age group based on the age of your oldest registered player.

Players and Guest Players:

All players must by registered for ’24-25'. A player may play for only one team during the tournament, unless given specific permission by the Tournament Director (see tournament rules document). A maximum of 3 guest players per team is allowed. Guest players must be registered and have a current ’24-25' player pass.

Format

Competitive Division:

U/9 - 7 v 7 (Maximum roster size 14 players)

U/10 - 7 v 7 (Maximum roster size 14 players)

U/11 - 9 v 9 (Maximum roster size 16 players)

U/12 - 9 v 9 (Maximum roster size 16 players)

U/13 - 11 v 11 (Maximum roster size 18 players)

U/14 - 11 v 11 (Maximum roster size 18 players)

FEES AND DEADLINES 

October 25th, 2023 – All Entries and Fees due

Competitive Division:

U/9 - U/10 - $650.00, U/11 - U/12 - $700.00, U/13 - U/14 - $785.00

On-line registration:
On-line registration is quick and easy. On-line registration may be paid by check or by credit card using Authorize.net.  Once your entry is received, the entry fee is non-refundable.  (If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be returned in its entirety). While we encourage you to enter early, early application does not guarantee acceptance.

Important Note:

Refunds:
We will deposit all funds and return refunds to all teams not accepted.

 *Once your team has applied, and been accepted, your entry fee is NON-refundable for any reason.

There will be NO refunds for weather related cancellations once the tournament starts.
