COVID-19 REFUND POLICY


IF YOUR TEAM CANCELS
14 Days or Less
  • If your team withdraws from an event 14 days or less, you will be offered a credit to attend another CFC Academy event. There will be no cash or credit card refunds for any withdrawal this close to the event.
IF THE EVENT CANCELS
  • If an event is cancelled 8 or more days out from kickoff due to local, state or federal mandates, all registration fees will be refunded, minus administration cost.
  • If an event is cancelled within 7 days of kickoff due to local, state or federal mandates, CFC Academy will offer a credit to another CFC Academy event or issue teams a refund if determined by the CFC Academy Board of Directors.
  • Once the tournament begins, no refunds will be issued.
SPECIAL ROSTER CONSIDERATIONS
  • CFC will allow more than the maximum number of three (3) guest players in the event that several players from the same team are quarantined due to COVID. CFC will not allow more than the maximum roster size listed in rules for each age group.
