If your team withdraws from an event 31 or more days out, you will be issued a full refund.

30 Days Out or Less

If your team withdraws from an event less than 30 days out, you will be offered full credit to attend another LA Fire Event of the same price or you will be issued a refund minus a $100 administration fee.

14 Days Out or When Brackets are Posted

If your team withdraws from an event 14 days or less out (or after brackets are posted), you will be offered 50% credit to attend another LA Fire Event or you will be issued a partial refund minus half your initial registration fee.

7 Days Out or When Schedules are Posted

If your team withdraws from an event 7 days or less out (or after schedules are posted), there will be no refund option.

The Event Director will have final discretion on all pre-event refunds. All credits must be used within one calendar year.
