Messages are included in the Gold site and above.
The messages page gives your team the ability to communicate in a way that is efficient, effective and FUN!
Here are some ways in which it can be used:
- Send a message as a "Confirm" message. The email, text, and push notification that goes out will ask the individual to mark it as received so you know who has or has not received it.
- Send an RSVP message for an end of the season get together so you know who can make it
- Post a message about today's game and congratulate the MVP
The power of the communication system is that the athletes, family, and staff can be notified via email, text and or phone when a message is posted. Each user can adjust their notification preferences so the messages are sent to them the way they want.
