2026 Cindy Eskwith Memorial Vail Cup Soccer Tournament

VVSC invites all US Youth Soccer affiliations to include US Club and AYSO sanctioned event teams U10 through U15 boys and U10 through U19 girls to play soccer in the beautiful Vail Valley and surrounding area of Eagle County.
The 13th Annual Vail Valley Cup Cindy Eskwith Memorial Tournament will be held on October 2-4, 2026 (*Friday night games will be played on October 2 if agreed to by your team). All teams will play a minimum of three games(weather permitting). The majority of teams will begin play on Saturday morning.
Reminder: Due to the new rules put in place by the Colorado Soccer Association, CSA League teams that are attending any in season tournament will need to get any conflicting league games rescheduled in order to attend any tournament. A reminder that the typical rescheduling window of a week to reschedule games after the Fall CSA schedule is posted will apply in order to avoid the applicable CSA league reschedule fees.

We are opening lodging up, through our Event Connect Lodging Partner, so that teams that get signed up for the tournament can get a head start on their lodging needs. The link is below. - Team payments (Once your team has been ACCEPTED into the tournament you will receive an email with payment process)
- ACCEPTANCE into the tournament will happen after the July 24 registration deadline and sometime around August 1, 2026. Once accepted you can upload roster at any time. Deadline for rosters will be 2-3 weeks before the tournament start date.

- Online check in will be available to you once your team is accepted and has paid. Online check in will close two weeks prior to the start of the tournament. (A $20 additional fee will be charged during online mandatory check in)
- P1 - P3 teams might be asked to play up a division, depending on teams that have applied for the age group they are in, so that the brackets created are fair and appropriate for all teams.
- When registering please use the name of your team that is used during League Season (not a shortened name). You can confirm this by looking at your League Schedule or looking in Playmetrics. If you are out of state please adhere to these guidelines in reference to your state's League.
- IMPORTANT Tournament messaging - In order to receive tournament messaging regarding critical tournament updates, rain delays and schedule changes you need to do the following (new this year we will ask for parents emails during online check in so that they can also sign up for messaging).

- 2) Enter Your Number: Either do this at registration sign up OR Log into your account on the SincSports or registration dashboard and navigate to your profile or Account Settings. Input your cell number into the Mobile/SMS field and select your wireless carrier (if prompted).
- 3) Request Verification: Click the Verify or Send Verification button next to the number
- 4)Submit the Code: The platform will send an SMS text containing a verification code (usually 4 to 6 digits). Type this code into the prompt on your screen and hit Save/Verify.

We will not start accepting teams until the beginning of August. Our tournament sells out every year. Please get your applications in early as we do take into account your application date when managing the acceptance process.
PLEASE NOTE: SCHEDULES ONCE POSTED ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP CHECKING BACK FOR ANY MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR "ORIGINAL" SCHEDULE.
Team payments will not be processed until after you have been accepted into the tournament.
The Tournament Committee (TC) or Vail Valley Soccer Club shall not be liable for expenses incurred by any team or club if the tournament is cancelled, postponed, or suspended in whole or in part due to reasons beyond the TC’s control, No refunds will be issued. The TC’s interpretation of the rules will be final. If your team is accepted and later withdraws the entry fee is non refundable unless the tournament director finds an appropriate team to replace you; only then will your fee be refundable at 80% of the total. Once schedules have been published NO refunds of any kind will be accepted.
Each team can purchase insurance for registration fees in case of cancelation due to weather or other unforeseen situations that may occur during registration if they are interested.
