Weather Update #2 – Sunday, 5:45AM

Dear Teams,

We have concluded our meeting at the park and discussed with our Parks & Recreation department and referee assignor regarding the field and weather conditions.   All of the fields have significant standing water and are unplayable. Since 7:00 PM last night, nearly 2 inches of rain have fallen, and the rain is continuing, with more expected in the coming hours. Additionally, there is still some lightning in the area.   We are also aware that road conditions are poor in many areas, and our priority is to make decisions that ensure the safety of everyone involved.  We are thankful we were able to get games played yesterday and appreciate your understanding of this situation.
